Terms and Conditions
General
- Check in time is 1.30 p.m. Check out time is 10.30 a.m.
- No late arrivals after 9.00 p.m., unless prior arrangements have been made.
- All accommodation, whether camping or cabins, is based on a nightly per head rate.
- Strictly no overnight visitors unless agreed with management and paid for.
- If you do not arrive on the nominated day of your booking, and do not contact us, your cabin/site will be re-let.
- No refunds for early departures.
- All guests must adhere to the Park Rules.
- Any damage or breakages must be paid for.
Camping
- Every effort is made to allocate you with your preferred site, but please note management reserves the right to move you if it is deemed necessary.
- All campfires must be in a container that is raised off the ground, or preferably in one of the fireplaces or fire pits provided.
Cabins
- All cabin bookings require a deposit of one night's tariff. A further deposit of 50% is required by the 1st November for Christmas bookings.
- Balance of payment is due on arrival.
- All cancellations incur a $25 fee. No refunds for cancellations after
the 1st November (for Christmas) unless cabin is re-let. No refunds for
cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to arrival.
- Bedding and towels are supplied to all beds in Hillside cabins. Bedding (no towels) are supplied in main bedroom in
Parkview cabins. Pillows, pillow slips and tea towels supplied to all cabins. EXTRA BEDDING AND TOWELS CAN BE HIRED.
- A cleaning fee of $30 will be charged to your credit card if the cabin is
not left in a clean and tidy state. On leaving, please place all your rubbish
in the garbage skip, empty the fridge, and wash and put away all crockery and cooking utensils.
- All cabins are solar powered and therefore extra electrical appliances, e.g. hair dryers, etc cannot be used.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE A RESERVATION IF PARK RULES ARE BROKEN.
As we are situated in a National Park, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
